We are happy to offer 100% Guarantee that if you are dissatisfied with lingerie you have ordered, we will exchange it or give you a refund.
Please be sure that items you return to us are in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. The goods must be undamaged and unsoiled. Please let us know the reason of return.
Remember: Lingerie has to be ALWAYS tried on your own underwear!
We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where is possible that it has not be done.
Please note that returns of hosiery can not be accepted if the pack has been opened.
Returns period is 14 days from date of receipt. Any returned goods must be received by us within this time.
Returns are responsibility of customer, so we recommend all goods are returned via traceable means (eg Recorded Delivery). GOSTOSA LINGERIE will not be held responsible for items that get lost in the post.

We check all Lingerie items before posting to the customer to ensure you get your order free of any manufacturing defects.
For faulty items GOSTOSA LINGERIE will refund the postage. For wrong sizes and non-faulty/unwanted items postage will be the responsibility of the customer. we always try to check all the items before posting but some times one may slip through the net.
If you requested refund, any refund due will be credited back on card, which was used to pay for the original order. You can be charge up to 10% order value to cover: postage, admin, banking, merchant charges etc.Refund may take up to 30 days to appear on the card statement!

PLEASE NOTE: Before you return any items you must send a email to info@gostosa.co.uk with returns in the subject field, the order number and reason for return must also be stated in the email, once we receive your email we will provide you with final returns instructions.
